Here are the most common things families ask before working with us, because feeling informed is the first step to feeling empowered.
A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I don’t replace your medical provider, I walk beside you with personalized care, birth prep, advocacy, and grounded presence. Whether it’s a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between, my job is to support you in making confident, aligned decisions.
Yes. I offer in-person birth support for clients located in the US Virgin Islands. For families outside the area, I provide virtual doula support, which still includes live sessions, birth planning, 24/7 communication, postpartum care, and a Duo Doula Care option.
Virtual support includes 1:1 pregnancy meetings, 24/7 text/email access, birth prep education, postpartum and lactation support, all delivered through video calls and messaging.
In-person support includes everything from the virtual package, plus hands-on labor support before, during, and after birth.
Duo Doula Care is an optional upgrade where you receive support from two (2) Doulas instead of one (1). Depending on your location and needs, this might include one (1) in-person Doula and one (1) virtual Doula, or both Doulas offering virtual support. It ensures continuous care, added availability, and multiple perspectives.
The earlier the better, especially if you’re considering in-person support. Many clients book between 20–28 weeks, but we also accept third trimester pregnancies between 36 - 38 weeks. Depending on availability!
That’s what the free connection call is for. During our 20-minute chat, we’ll walk through your goals, where you’re feeling stuck or unsure, and which service aligns best with your needs.
Absolutely. My role isn’t to judge or direct, it’s to support. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, unassisted birth, or still exploring your options, you deserve nonjudgmental, fully present care.
Perfect! A Doula doesn’t replace your clinical care, they complement it. While your provider focuses on your medical needs, I, your Doula, focus on YOU: "Your Emotions, Your Birth Plan, Your Mindset, Your Voice".
Yes. Every doula package includes up to 6 weeks of postpartum support, including check-ins, emotional support, and lactation guidance. I also offer a standalone Nourish & Flow lactation support package for those seeking extra breastfeeding help.
Yes. My virtual services are available to clients anywhere in the world. I currently support families throughout the US, the Caribbean, and internationally.
Yes. Every package offers a split payment option. We believe that Doula care should be accessible, and I’m happy to work with you on a payment timeline that honors both of us. Blessings!
